Before we move into an area and launch a new company we decide if it is a good fit with what we believe in: Does the idea fit with our Brand, can we have some fun while making it happen and is the opportunity large enough? We don’t really want to do boring stuff. We want to find areas that we’re able to break into and shake up by offering great products and services that will give us a point of differentiation from anyone else.

We build new companies in two ways, the first is by starting them from scratch, creating a plan, bringing in a experienced management team or partner, raising the ¥£$€ need to make it happen and then just doing it, We have done a few of these! Or if it is an area we are not interested to do a start up in, feels right and fits with the Extreme brand then we will look at licensing our brand to the right partner and then working together to build out the new business.

We are not interested in just sticking our brand on anything, it has to offer something new. In order for us to get excited, we need to see how it will excite our customers.

We are on this planet for a good time not a long time – so we aim to be as environmentally aware and sound as possible in everything we do
