best selling natural energy drink,
“Ex Energy”, with kombucha and
guarana, to our highly technical
sports hydration drink “Ex Enduro”.
Our drinks are now available in 21
countries on five continents, from

of Tahiti.

into major retail outlets. The time

UK sales side.
The Role:
>National accounts sales for the UK
operation, reporting into global
management team
>Managing a portfolio of large and

management, strategy development and
implementation, performance
measurements, planning and execution

>Source and develop new accounts in
line with our growth strategy
>The role offers the opportunity to

Profile:
>Graduate calibre and can
demonstrate a clear understanding of
the retail sector of the UK drinks
market
>Experience in the FMCG sector is
essential and clearly specific soft
drinks market experience will give a

interpersonal skills

small, relaxed but professional and
based on the outskirts of Ringwood,
Hampshire within easy commuting
distance of either Southampton or
Bournemouth. This is an excellent

The “Extreme” brand is unconstrained by convention and offers people something fresh and innovative having the self-belief to make ideas happen. The F & B concept is a new ground breaking café that has been developed with a view to delivering a healthier option across a new and innovative menu.
BUSINESS MANAGER
The position of Business Manager will play a hands on operational role with full accountability to deliver the “Extreme” brand from concept to launch to expansion. The main responsibilities will include:
• Implementing and delivering on a business plan
• Determining budgets and setting targets
• Locating and securing new sites
• Motivating, training and incentivising staff
• Ensuring all operational standards are met and maintained
• Meeting all financial parameters and operating profits
• Marketing of the concept
The ideal candidate will have a progressive 5-10 year management career path in restaurant operations gained within a leading food and beverage concept. In addition, you should currently be at a senior level where you are managing multiple restaurants and have had experience launching a flagship outlet. You will be highly effective in displaying skills in leadership, decision making and management of information, people development and communication. A keen interest and ability to relate to the “Extreme” image of sports and activities that pushes you to the limit.
