How do you go about working at Extreme? Maybe you’ve heard it’s not a bad place to work?
Maybe you're mad about extreme sports or you just wanna know what jobs we have going. We’re growing so fast and normally have a few jobs up for grabs for the right people.
The only thing we ask is if you don’t have anywhere near what we are looking for in a specific job, please don’t just randomly send in a CV. Have a think about which company and area you want to work for and let us know what skills you have that will make you a good fit.

There are no set types of people we look for. However, we do generally like to find people who have all or some of the following:
> Have a passion for new ideas
> Love extreme sports (well not always)
> Have a total understanding of the youth market
> Think 'differently' and outside the box
> Have signs of creativity – even if it’s in your own way

> Always listens to customers

You might think nobody actually reads that CV of yours that you’re thinking about sending in, well that's where you’re wrong. We really do check out every CV sent in, especially those awesome ones we have in the office that have been written on Surf and Snowboards and hand delivered (we're not lying, check out the boards in our meeting room) or come with a Kinder Surprise chocolate egg!

While you are with us we will try to ensure you get the opportunity to experience as many different aspects of the company as possible.

Background:

Our mission at Extreme Drinks (www.extremedrinks.com) is to deliver a totally natural and fully functional range of soft drinks to those looking for a refreshing, natural & healthy product. With completely new, radical packaging and the best natural ingredients available, we’ve produced a great range of healthy drinks for any occasion. Seven drinks make up the portfolio, from the award-winning “Aqua Still” with its innovative hip clip, to our delicious new range of vitamin waters called Aqua Vitamins, to our best selling natural energy drink, “Ex Energy”, with kombucha and guarana, to our highly technical sports hydration drink “Ex Enduro”. Our drinks are now available in 21 countries on five continents, from the French Alps to the surf beaches of Tahiti.

Extreme Drinks is now looking to build its profile in the UK and has already made significant inroads into major retail outlets. The time is now right to fully activate our UK sales side.


The Role:

>National accounts sales for the UK operation, reporting into global management team
>Managing a portfolio of large and strategically important accounts
>Responsibility for margin management, strategy development and implementation, performance measurements, planning and execution and customer service
>Source and develop new accounts in line with our growth strategy
>The role offers the opportunity to demonstrate flair and innovation and will suit someone with natural enthusiasm and a strong work ethos.


Profile:

>Graduate calibre and can demonstrate a clear understanding of the retail sector of the UK drinks market
>Experience in the FMCG sector is essential and clearly specific soft drinks market experience will give a significant advantage
>Must have an impressive commercial acumen, complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills
>Right candidate will be highly motivated by the challenges of building a brand in the drinks market and be a self-starter

Job Description
If retail is your thing then look no further. As we require a computer literate, intelligent individual who has a high level of both spoken and written English to help the team at ExtremePie.com. The chosen candidate will be involved in all aspects of the daily running of a busy online retailer.

A knowledge and interest in any of the following would be an advantage but not required : extreme sports, Internet marketing, graphic design or photography. Our company is small, relaxed but professional and based on the outskirts of Ringwood, Hampshire within easy commuting distance of either Southampton or Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn about running and marketing a busy online retailer whilst picking up some essential business skills.

Training Involved
Online Marketing, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Customer Relationship Management

Requirements
High level of English (both written and spoken)
Computer Literate
Knowledge and enthusiasm for the Internet
Happy to work on a computer most of the day
Must be able to cover your own accommodation & living expenses

RetailCorp, a part of the Dubai World Group, has formed a joint venture with “Extreme” and will be launching the most exciting new concept in food and beverage offerings in the region today.

The “Extreme” brand is unconstrained by convention and offers people something fresh and innovative having the self-belief to make ideas happen. The F & B concept is a new ground breaking café that has been developed with a view to delivering a healthier option across a new and innovative menu.

BUSINESS MANAGER
The position of Business Manager will play a hands on operational role with full accountability to deliver the “Extreme” brand from concept to launch to expansion. The main responsibilities will include:
• Implementing and delivering on a business plan
• Determining budgets and setting targets
• Locating and securing new sites
• Motivating, training and incentivising staff
• Ensuring all operational standards are met and maintained
• Meeting all financial parameters and operating profits
• Marketing of the concept

The ideal candidate will have a progressive 5-10 year management career path in restaurant operations gained within a leading food and beverage concept. In addition, you should currently be at a senior level where you are managing multiple restaurants and have had experience launching a flagship outlet. You will be highly effective in displaying skills in leadership, decision making and management of information, people development and communication. A keen interest and ability to relate to the “Extreme” image of sports and activities that pushes you to the limit.
