and the fact that work experience people now play a significant role at
Extreme, we have decided to design a full-time and part-time intern
programme for college and graduate students who are interested in working in

retail sectors. It owns Extreme Entertainment (a sports rights
acquisition/TV programme distribution business), Extreme Retail (online and
high street shop retailing), Extreme Mobile (our youth focused MVNO Mobile

EXTREME CRED
is our new pre-pay and credit card biz.
PRE-PAY Extreme Cred
Our plan is to offer the best pre-pay cards and service out there. Extreme
Cred cards are bought online, are available with Maestro and works like a
pre-pay Mobile phone top-up card but you use it like a credit card. It’s the
awesome alternative to carrying cash, looks great in your wallet and gives
you the power to keep your money safe. As it’s not a credit card you don’t
have to be over 18 or have a bank account to get one, so literally anyone
can get one! You get all the benefits of a normal credit card, like
withdrawing your cash at any cash machine, buying stuff online, and ordering
your concerts tickets over the phone etc. Our Extreme Cred card can be
topped up online, at any Post Office, or at any shop…where you see the
yellow PayPoint sign.
POST-PAY / CREDIT CARD
We are now close to signing a number of deals with partners in a number of
countries across Europe to launch a full-on credit card focused on the 18 –
34 year old sector.
The Role:
We need the Mr. or Mrs. “Know It All” of the card / payment industry to run
the biz, manage the relationship with all our partners, create plastic
fantastic marketing campaigns and have a brutal understanding of the target
audience which stretches beyond watching Dick and Dom “In da bungalow”…

“Extreme” and will be launching the most exciting new concept in food and
beverage offerings in the region today.

The F & B concept is a new ground breaking café that has been developed with

BUSINESS MANAGER
The position of Business Manager will play a hands on operational role with
full accountability to deliver the “Extreme” brand from concept to launch to
expansion. The main responsibilities will include

Role:
We are looking for a non executive director to work with Al Gosling (CEO)
and Alec Cameron (COO) on our new concept – Ex Hotels.
You will assist Al and Alec with the business plan, provide strategic
advice, protect our interests, avoid unnecessary risks and explore worldwide
opportunities.

Extreme:

We have signed a deal with Retail Corp to roll out 5 EX branded Restaurants
all between 40 and 60,000 sq ft (these will be massive restaurants) and we
are about to appoint a design company to create the full plans and vision
with us. We are also talking to the Restaurant Group (they own and run over
200 restaurants in the UK) about a franchise deal and rolling out the
concept in the UK.
The Role:
There’s nothing general about this management role because this new biz is

PA TO CEO / OFFICE

SMT Group, the newly formed holding company from the merger between Extreme
Entertainment and Media Action Sports, is seeking a PA / Office
Administrator fluent in both English and Spanish to assist the CEO.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To support the CEO.
You will also be required to provide administration support and diary
assistance to the executive team as needed. Duties include general office
administration, diary management, travel arrangement and secretarial
support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
