EX RESTAURANTS MAKES FIRST APPOINTMENT

Ex Restaurants, a new division of the Extreme Group, is delighted to announce the appointment of industry specialist Mike Clark, who has been brought on board to initiate a roll out plan of its new Ex Extreme branded restaurant chain. All of this will be delivered via licensing agreements and / or joint ventures depending on the opportunity and the territory.

Ex Restaurants is looking to revolutionise what’s on offer in the restaurant market today by delivering healthy, fulfilling and natural food in both a fast bar offering for when you are on the go and a seated section, all based in an extreme sports-themed surrounding in order to deliver a new and innovative dining solution for its customers.

Mike, who has 14 years experience in the licensing industry, has previously worked on similar projects for the Hard Rock Cafe and The Harley Davidson Group and is a member of LIMA, the licensing industry membership body. Among the list of eminent clients Mike has worked with in the past are Linda Barker, Antony Worrall Thompson, Coca-Cola, Dunlop, James Bond, Andy Warhol Foundation, Aston Martin and Jim Beam.

Commenting on Ex Restaurants, Mike Clark said “We want customers to feel the mood and atmosphere of the sports themselves as soon as they walk through the door… the environment must be striking, individual, and social to reflect the diners that we will have… it’s got to be fun and as unique as possible to really stand out”
